SPICE paper presented at ISPIM conference

Erich Prem’s paper “Characteristics of EU-China Research Co-operation in Information Technology” summarizes the experiences of European ICT researchers from industry in their co-operation with China. The paper was presented at the 2008 ISPIM Symposium “Managing innovation in a connected world”.
